Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Venus & Vine is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re always happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
